Organizing Your Files in Docs TGA

To organize your files in Drive, you can create folders so that files can be easily found and shared with other users.

Creating Files and Folders

  • Go to https://docs.tga.gov.tr/app/tr-tr/App/Transfer/DocsTGA on your computer.
  • To organize your files in Drive, you can create folders so that files can be easily found and shared with other users.
  • Select the file type/folder you want to create.
  • Enter a name for the file/folder.
  • Click Save.
Drive’da dosya ve klasörlerinizi istediğiniz sayıda çoğaltabilirsiniz.
  • Go to https://docs.tga.gov.tr/app/tr-tr/App/Transfer/DocsTGA on your computer.
  • To organize your files in Drive, you can create folders so that files can be easily found and shared with other users.
  • Click the copy icon.
  • Copy the copied file/folder by Right-clicking > Paste icon in the relevant area.

Note:: Click the Shortcuts icon at the top right of the page to access the created shortcut files/folders.

Note:: Click the Shortcuts icon at the top right of the page to remove the created shortcuts. Click the cross icon to the right of the folder names.

Creating Files and Folders

  • Open Docs TGA app on your Android phone or tablet.
  • Tap the Add icon in the bottom right.
  • Tap Create Folder.
  • Enter a name for the folder.
  • Tap OK.

  • Tap the three dots next to a file/folder.
  • Tap Copy.
  • Select the copy location (folder) or create a new folder.
  • Tap the Copy button.
  • Open Docs TGA app on your Android phone or tablet.
  • Tap the three dots next to the file/folder you want to move.
  • Tap Move.
  • Choose where to move or create new folder.
  • Tap the Move button.
Docs TGA’da onlarca dosya ve klasör içerisinden aradığınız tek bir dosyaya hızlıca erişmek için kısayol oluşturabilirsiniz.
  • Open Docs TGA app on your Android phone or tablet.
  • Tap the three dots next to the file/folder to create a shortcut.
  • Tap on Create shortcut.
  • Enter a name for the shortcut.
  • Tap the Create button.

  • Click the + button at the bottom,
  • Tap Create Folder.
  • Enter a name for the file/folder.
  • Tap OK.
You can duplicate your files and folders in Drive as many times as you want.
  • Open Docs TGA app on your iPhone and iPad.
  • Tap the three dots next to a file/folder.
  • Tap Copy.
  • Select the copy location (folder) or create a new folder.
  • Tap the Copy button.
  • Open Docs TGA app on your iPhone and iPad.
  • Tap the three dots next to the file/folder you want to move.
  • Tap Move.
  • Choose where to move or create new folder.
  • Tap the Move button.
You can create a shortcut to quickly access a single file you are looking for among dozens of files and folders in Docs TGA.
  • Open Docs TGA app on your iPhone and iPad.
  • Tap the three dots next to the file/folder to create a shortcut.
  • Tap on Create shortcut.
  • Enter a name for the shortcut.
  • Tap the Create button.
